Paris Is Burning

Just watched this documentary today. I was so proud of t hose legends of drag balls of t he 80's. They went through so much, suffered so much.
What shook me the most was the pictures of two young Hispanic kids, one of whom is gay. I wonder what kind of life they led?
Now I'm 13 years their junior at least, but I'd like to create a world where no young gay person lives in fear.
