Idea for a breakout session: place colored paper with a topic of discussion on the floor beneath chairs of participants. only 2 or 3 participants will have the same color of paper/topic. Have participants reach down, find their partner(s) and discuss topic. Topic should be about personal thing like favorites, best experiences, etc. E.g. What was your favorite memory. If you could have any ability what would it be? What's your favorite thing about UBE, etc.
