Idea for a breakout session: place colored paper with a topic of discussion on the floor beneath chairs of participants. only 2 or 3 participants will have the same color of paper/topic. Have participants reach down, find their partner(s) and discuss topic. Topic should be about personal thing like favorites, best experiences, etc. E.g. What was your favorite memory.
